    • It is amazing to me how it can all work so well in such a small space and at such high speed. I was also waitstaff at an Olive Garden for a while, and it was like being in a circus–we were all moving at top speed balancing things and dodging obstacles but there was a certain graceful magic to it.

      • Oh yes, I’ve seen the waiters with the 10+ beer glasses balanced in their hands in Germany, weaving through the chaos of the pubs .. seriously magical!

      • I have always been charmed by it. Dinner and a show, and I know how hard they all work (having been on both ends) so I am a good tipper.
